In the so-called Fretterode case, following the Federal Court of Justice's ( BGH) overturning of the scandalous Mühlhausen Regional Court's verdict on March 13, 2024, we have now submitted a second inquiry to the responsible chamber of the Mühlhausen Regional Court, asking when a hearing date can be expected. The court did not respond to our first inquiry . In our second inquiry, we also referred to criminal proceedings against witness AA before the Mühlhausen Local Court and requested access to the case files. This witness, who appeared as a defense witness for the defendants in the Fretterode trial, is accused of perjury.
