Following the second inquiry regarding the status of the case after the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) overturned the scandalous ruling of the Mühlhausen Regional Court in its judgment of March 13, 2024, the Mühlhausen Regional Court has now assigned a new case number (1 KLs 101 Js 47753/18 jug (3)) and stated that a date for the commencement of the retrial could not be provided. The chamber is fully booked for 2024. Therefore, a new hearing date is not expected before 2025.
