In the so-called Fretterode case, following the Federal Court of Justice's (BGH) overturning of the scandalous ruling by the Mühlhausen Regional Court on March 13, 2024, we have now submitted a third inquiry to the currently responsible chamber of the Mühlhausen Regional Court, asking when a hearing date can be expected. The Regional Court had informed us in August 2024 that a hearing date in 2024 was no longer to be expected.
