In the so-called Fretterode case, following the Federal Court of Justice's ( BGH) overturning of the scandalous Mühlhausen Regional Court ruling on March 13, 2024, we received notification, in response to our third inquiry to the now responsible chamber of the Mühlhausen Regional Court, that a date for the commencement of the proceedings could not be provided "due to various detention and placement matters as well as other more urgent proceedings." The Regional Court had already announced in August 2024 that a hearing date could no longer be expected in 2024.
