Costs of accommodation in the social benefit area for Bovenden
Appropriateness limits for accommodation costs within the meaning of Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 SGB II and Section 35 Paragraph 1 and 2 SGB XII
report from the company A+K from March 2013, commissioned by the Göttingen district to determine appropriateness limits for accommodation costs in the area of social benefits, was viewed by the Hildesheim Social Court as inconclusive in the sense of the case law of the Federal Social Court in various main proceedings in February and March 2017 . The Hildeshein Social Court therefore, subject to the preparation of a new report and subject to the legal force of the judgments issued, now applies the values from Section 12 WoGG plus a security surcharge of 10% to determine the adequacy limits in the area of basic security benefits.
The social court therefore currently (as of March 2017) considers the following values for the costs of accommodation (basic rent and cold additional costs - excluding heating costs) to be appropriate for Bovenden:
