was unlawful.
REASONS
The affected person wore a white T-shirt on July 15, 2014 at a friendly match between KSV Hessen Kassel and Borussia Dortmund.
It was confiscated on suspicion of an administrative offense, Section 118 OWiG.
As the public prosecutor's office stated in the dismissal order dated October 17, 2014, wearing the T-shirt does not constitute a criminal or administrative offense, but is an expression of opinion without punishment.
Given that the T-shirt is obviously still in custody, the person concerned still has an interest in the determination made.
