The Mühlhausen Regional Court informed in a press release today, February 12th, 2021, that the trial should now begin on September 7th, 2021 and will run until October 2021 (September 7th, 2021, September 9th, September 13th, September 14th, September 20th, September 21st, September 27th, October 4th, October 5th, October 11th, October 12th and October 18th, 2021, each from 10 a.m. in meeting room IX, Puschkinhaus (Puschkinstr. 3 in Mühlhausen). We were told by telephone last week that the planned start would be at the end of June / beginning We have not received any justification for this further delay, nor have we received any written reloading. Why the process should now begin another 2 months later is incomprehensible to us - especially in view of the possible danger to the process if any Third Corona wave. We have now requested access to the files again to find out the reasons for further delay.
